Villa Cycas is ideally located, close to the nicest beaches of Cyprus, but far enough not to be disturbed by the
area's busy nightlife. Within 10-20 minutes walk there is a choice of beaches, including the famous Fig Tree bay,
with white sand and crystal clear water. The restaurants and pubs are situated at the main touristic centers,
Protaras area at 15 minutes walk, and Pernera at 10 minutes walk. Closer to the house there are also some
restaurants and pubs, as well as tourist supermarkets and 24 hours kiosks.

The house is situated on a dead-end private road in a complex of 5 houses. It is therefore away from the main
road, along a private road that has almost no traffic. It is very safe for children therefore.
